Returns and Cancellations
We hope you will love our products but if for some reason you are not satisfied with quality or you change your mind you can return our goods within 14 days of purchase for full refund.
All returns should be sent to the address below with the original packaging where possible with an order confirmation or an invoice. A refund may be affected if the product has been used or damaged by the client. We cannot accept refunds if the products have been used- cut, drilled on, painted and so on.
Faulty products
If a product is faulty or damaged please notify us with photo of the issue within 30 days and we can repair, replace or refund the product(s) whichever most convenient. We reserve the right to withhold any further action until we receive the product and approve valid complain.
If the products are installed and you are not able to remove or return them, please contact us to arrange an different solution. In some instances, we can arrange a courier pick-up service which will be subject to an additional charge.
Please note that our liability under this policy:
- excludes any discrepancies between batches (colour or otherwise) or faults caused as a result of improper installation, use or maintenance.
- is limited to the original order value; and
- does not include any additional or third party costs incurred by you for the installation of our products (or otherwise) prior to the fault appearing.
- Please check the products carefully upon arrival.
SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS
If a product is ever unavailable, we will contact you either to arrange a full refund or allow you the opportunity to select a similar product with any difference in price being collected or returned. We will never supply you with any substitute products without your prior approval.
COLOURS
Every effort is made to ensure that the colours of our products are presented as accurately as possible on our website. Due to discrepancies between monitors etc. we recommend that our customers take advantage of seeing actual samples prior to ordering.
Please note that different widths, batches, materials or orders may not match exactly when placed next to one another if ordered at a different time. Every batch is slightly different.
Guide to buying
When purchasing artificial grass there are lots of things to consider, such as pile height, density, softness and colours. There is such a large variety that not one grass ‘fits all’. For example if looking for the most realistic you may choose a really soft lawn. Whereas others with a more resilient yarn may feel harder but suit heavy traffic areas.
Most of our artificial grass comes as standard 2m and 4m wide. These turfs can be bought either as a full roll (please contact us for more information) or cut to size from the drop-downs provided in the shop. All our styles are priced to suit every budget & requirement. Shock-pads, weed membrane, glue, fixings and joining kits are also available.
